On the weekend of 5–6 April 2025, the pristine shoreline of Sichon Beach – future home to Banyan Tree Residences Sichon – transformed into a vibrant arena for the Thailand Beach Teqball Open. This two-day sporting festival brought together athletes, families, and travellers to celebrate the fast-growing sport of Teqball in a stunning coastal setting. With Banyan Tree Residences Sichon’s site as a scenic backdrop, attendees enjoyed thrilling matches on the sand, savoured local food stalls, and danced to live music performances each evening.
